1) Standard Hosting and Software Plan: $50/mo (plus $50 setup fee). Among other things, this includes:

Flash Slide Show Builder (builds a flash slide show dynamically based on images in a file folder you set up)- $100 plus $5/mo

4) HOA Design Services (Designing/setting up the website)

Do-it-yourself – No services fees, just pay the software licensing fees as stated above
Basic site design/setup – $500 - You give us photos/content and we set up the site colors and initial navigation, includes up to 5 pages set up for you (the rest you can set up on your own if needed)
Custom HOA Site Design -- $1,200 - You provide us sites you like/dislike, provide photos/graphics and anything else for us to go on. Our designers will create graphics and layout as needed to build you a unique looking website that looks great and professional. You will get the chance to review, tweak and approve the design concept before it is implemented on your site. This also includes styling/setting up the various modules you may need and up to 10 web pages.
